Not only is it a nice demonstration of the pen it is also a nice gesture for a friend. Tape players are commonly used in the classrooom and most teachers do not mind. Also, it has been my experience that teacher's that prohbit the sharing of notes usually express it during the first class.

Sillyme, I don't think you quite understand the "copyright" issue (no offense). With an invention like this you always have to make sure you're covered and they have lawyers that make sure they are within legal rights which is why they make you agree to the terms and conditions. I always read that first and if you have the time you should look into it, they cover themselves quite nicely. Theyre not responsible for plagiarism of any sort, we are and that is why they state you are posting with complete responsibility, and obtaining permission if needed.

Hello, Just a reminder that you MAY be infringing the rights of the owners of the video recording (and of anyone else who makes a contribution to YOUR presentation) by not obtaining their permission prior to publishing it on this public web site. This may open you or the owners of this site to litigation by the infringed parties. Private use is one thing, but public broadcasting involves a lot of obligations. It is not something that this site warned about as part of the registration process. I emailed the company about this oversight.

Now if only they could write a PDF extension so I could download your example with audio in a single PDF document. This has surely got to be the next step
