The Platform SDK includes Paper Designer for Eclipse which allows you to design and create sophisticated paper applications. This SDK also includes the Penlet SDK which contains an Eclipse plug–in for penlet development as well as a suite of APIs, sample code, documentation, debug tools and command line build utilities.

Registered Livescribe developers can download the Platform SDK from this page (requires developer registration).
